FAQs

What is the difference between cleaning and disinfecting?

Routine cleaning involves the continual wiping down of surfaces and high touchpoint areas to lessen the spread of germs and remove the appearance of dirt. It also includes the tidying up and proper upkeep of spaces and gathering areas. This is a common practice for continual cleaning throughout the day (e.g. porter service). You are able to physically see a clean area.

Disinfection is the use of chemicals (e.g. bleach) to kill germs on surfaces and is coupled with cleaning. You are not able to see the physical removal of the germs, but our tools provide up to 99.99% effectiveness.
